RETURN POLICY
For returns, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to provide an exchange or refund. You must obtain a RMA #(Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Service department. Call (418)426-3666 or (877)806-3666 Toll free or email to service@safaricondo.ca. Receipt of the item and its original packaging along with RMA # is required for any return. Shipping will not be refunded.
Safari Condo will not assume transport charges for any item returned, unless a prior agreement. We do not accept returns of items on special order (including cushions, cabinet panels) Note that any item modified or altered from its original state can not be returned or exchanged.
Confidentiality
Safari Condo will not disclose or transmit to any person or company information that it has received from a customer or visitor to the website, except in keeping with this Policy or applicable law.
Delivery
Safari Condo will endeavour to ship or deliver any ordered product as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. Safari Condo must receive payment in full before they can be delivered.
